England U19 captain Archie Vaughan clinched a six-wicket haul before helping his side knock off their victory target of just 25 and secure a Test series win in South Africa.

Vaughan, the son of 2005 Ashes-winning England skipper Michael Vaughan, had picked up five wickets with his off-spin on day three as the hosts slumped from 108-3 to 145-8 in their second innings of the second unofficial Test in Rondebosch.

The Somerset player (6-19) then bowled Sandiswa Yeni for a duck on the final morning before team-mate Eddie Jack claimed the final wicket to dismiss South Africa for 153.

Vaughan (10no) and Ben Dawkins (12no) eased the tourists to their tiny target in just 3.1 overs as they triumphed by 10 wickets – Vaughan sweeping a six before Dawkins finished the game with a four.

The first Test had ended in a draw after South Africa won the preceding ODI series 2-1.
